Rejected petition: Stop allowing immigrants to stay in our hotels free of charge.
Rejected on
I believe the Government should reconsider current immigration policies, mainly the provision of free accommodation and financial support for new arrivals. These resources could be directed towards addressing homelessness among British citizens, who are in urgent need of housing and assistance.
In summary, my position is that the Government should:
1. Re-evaluate the level of financial and housing support provided to new arrivals.
2. Place greater focus on supporting homeless citizens across the UK.
3. Ensure that immigration policy aligns more closely with the priorities and expectations of the British public.
