The Judicial Oath required to be taken by all judges swears to serve justice "without fear or favour, affection or ill will"
The 1994 and subsequent acts create a favour. The Judge is sworn not to give any favour.
The 1689 Claim of Right act has these articles: "That forceing the leidges to depone against themselves in capital crymes however the punishment be restricted is contrary to law". & "By imposing oaths contrary to law".
The Judicial Oath became contrary to law after 1994 & Is coercion
