We want will writing to be made a regulated practice for those who charge for the service.
There are reports of unregulated will writers giving incorrect legal advice and charging high fees for products that don’t deliver the protections they promise, including on social media.
We believe regulating will writing for those who charge for the service would ensure higher standards of advice and stronger protections for consumers against harmful and costly misinformation.
