It’s not clear what the petition is asking the UK Government or Parliament to do.

The Financial Conduct Authority have confirmed that no policy to introduce a limit on cash withdrawals for people aged over 65 has been introduced.

There have been no government announcements or credible media reports about any such age-related policy, nor could we find press releases from financial bodies, or high street banks.

We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
