Rejected petition: Schools must act on bullying, support victims, enforce policies to keep kids safe
Rejected on
“Children suffer bullying in schools, and many schools fail to act despite zero-tolerance policies. We call on the Government to make schools enforce anti-bullying policies, support victims, punish bullies, and be held accountable as bullying ruins lives and some take their own lives.”
“We want the Government to make it mandatory for schools to take immediate action when bullying is reported. Schools must support victims, punish bullies appropriately, provide clear complaint routes for parents, and be held accountable if policies are ignored. Stronger guidance and oversight should ensure children are kept safe and protected from bullying that can ruin lives.”
