Rejected petition Make the speed limit 80 mph on motorways only in the right hand lane

I think this would be good as people would get places faster and people wouldn’t need to speed if there is a worry of people speeding more make the regulations stricter having it only in the right hand lane would also mean it wouldn’t effect other people using the motorway

I think it would mean that people who are in a rush could get places quicker it also means that other cars using the motorway are ready for people to come past them faster then usual meaning they won’t get startled and possibly distracted by other people on the road
