Hold a referendum regarding digital ID to allow the people to directly vote on such a massively lifestyle changing policy.
I believe that digital ID will be extremely life changing for everyone on a scale similar to brexit. If brexit can have a referendum why not this? Allow the people to have their say and vote directly for a matter this important.
