Rejected petition: Do not implement the Sugary Drinks Refill Policy

Rejected on

The government has recently announced a ban on restaurants from serving bottomless sugary drinks in their menu e.g. Nando’s.

“To protect children’s diets”, when they could easily go into the nearest shop and buy an unlimited amount of sugary drinks. This ban would not benefit the UK at all.

To either scrap the idea as a whole or perhaps implement it in a different way, as it can be easily flawed.
