Rejected on

Each year, people with poor mental health suffer because of these. Animals get severely distressed and can have physical and even fatal consequences. The fireworks can also become a public nuisance. Taking up vital services.they can also be used as a fear tactic.

The protection of the most vulnerable in society must be a priority. Protecting communities, whilst yes a local issue however this is a country wide issue. The protection and welfare of animals is probably more of an issue. The 2023 animal welfare act should be consulted for info. The animals that suffer each year is huge. The amount of people with mental health issues that suffer mainly without saying anything must also be huge.
