Petition Allow UK nationals living abroad to donate organs in the UK
Current UK organ-donation policy excludes British nationals who live abroad but die in the UK, even when they have indicated clear consent to donate. The residency restriction means willing donors are excluded, resulting in missed opportunities to save lives.

We therefore ask the Government to amend legislation to allow donation in cases where explicit consent exists, regardless of residence status
