Launch a review into the implementation of the Public Service Pensions and Judicial Offices Act 2022 to investigate Government compliance with the requirements of the Act. We believe the Government has not provided the resources required to deliver what was required by the PSPJOA2022.
We feel time is of the essence as some of those owed money may die before getting restitution.
