Petition Approve and implement the EHRC guidance on meaning of sex in the Equality Act
The Supreme Court has issued a ruling relating to the definition of sex in the Equality Act. We want the Government to immediately approve and implement the resulting guidance produced by EHRC. We think the delay is untenable.
