Rejected petition I want to make a ban on fireworks and put in place silent fireworks

I want to put a stop and get rid of fireworks and put it it’s place silent ones. All shops would be to stop selling loud fireworks and silent ones be put in place

silent fireworks instead because pets are terrified over the fireworks and can give pets trauma and if our household pets are this terrified then what about all of the wild animals, not only just the animals but people with autism and other learning disabilities are scared and petrified of loud noises. veterans with ptsd could be triggered by the loudness of fireworks. If we put a stop to loud fireworks and put silent ones in its place we could still have the beauty and “cool” factor of them
