Rejected petition Hold an immediate referendum on calling a General Election

Hold a referendum as soon as possible on whether to call a General Election.

More details

A general election cannot be called based on a petition of 1,000,000 votes, but a referendum can be called to give the entire country a chance to have their say. To deny the British people a choice would be undemocratic, and the people would be held hostage by their own government.
