Rejected petition Change enforcement action taken on parents that fail to pay child maintenance

Change/improve the enforcement action taken on parents that fail to pay maintenance, to make the process more robust in the retrieval of regular payments and the retrieval of arrears.

More details

My personal case has been open for seven years, with no results and little explanation. The arrears my two children are owed is over £13K. I feel pushed aside with poor excuses that change with each update, that I have to chase, as to why they cannot enforce payments. In this digital day and age I feel there is no excuse as to why a legal obligation does not have a more serious process and consequence, considering the child maintenance service can access bank accounts and see funds and spending.
