We want the government to provide more funding for sustainable energy sources, matching the backing given to fossil fuel energy. The government should expand this path of skills, innovation, and local jobs.

We think the benefits will be:

Financial and environmental: helping people switch to high efficiency heating means lower energy bills and burning less fossil fuel.

Economic Growth and Energy Security: The scheme drives job creation and training for thousands of new, skilled installers and suppliers. The need for imported fossil fuels is reduced.

Reputation and Quality Assurance: The scheme supports certified installers and high-quality, reliable, and safe installations for homeowners.
