Rejected petition Keep existing 5years pathway for existing health and social care visa holders

Do not apply the proposed 15-year ILR rule to existing Health and social care visa holders. Keep the 5-year ILR route for those already in the UK on this visa. Apply any changes only to new applicants from the date of implementation.

These didn’t speak well of the uk government, promising a thing for people to come in and then change the rules nearly the time of being a resident. Think of the damage it will cause for people’s mental health that can even cause people to take their own lives if these changes is implemented suddenly. Kindly look into these and keep the 5years part way to people who are already on these pathway.
