Rejected petition Keep 5 years route to ILR for existing skilled workers

Please protect current skilled workers who started their life in the UK expecting a 5-year path to ILR. Applying new settlement rules retroactively is unfair, breaks a legitimate expectation, and threatens mass departures from vital sectors . Honour existing terms and exempt current visa holders.
