Rejected petition: Dependants of skilled workers should get ILR with the main Applicant.
Rejected on
The government should not consider dependants that is the spouse and children of skilled workers as separate individuals in reference to applying for ILR. They should be treated as one and given the right to apply together for ILR.
The dependant of a skilled workers earning more than 125000 £ should not be dealt separately. They are one family and the main applicant is earning a high salary and paying high taxes. The spouse and children should have the right to settle together with the main applicant as one family irrespective of whether the spouse is earning or not or is dependent on the main applicant.
