Petition STOP Bias Child Support Agency

Currently the Support Agency has a system in place in which the non resident parent pays 15% for one child 20% for two children & 25% for three children without taking into account the non resident parents current outgoings, including mortgages/rent and food requirements.
We appreciate that there are many resident parents who do not receive financial support from the non resident parent, however there are many non residents parents who do care and are willing to pay for their children but are continually penalised by the CSA rules that are bias and in maximum support of the resident parent who more often than uses the child as a weapon of choice against the non resident parent.
