Rejected petition stop the features having to be paid for in children's app games

In the new generation children now regularly use tablets and phones to play app games! Almost every single child app game requires you to make in app purchase to under lock the full game! This can become very frustrating and possibly very expensive! I'm sure most parents, carers, aunts, uncles and anyone else who have children in their care would agree!
