Open Fund a system of sleeping pods in town and city centres

Fund the provision of sleeping pods in towns and city centres across the country that can be accessed for certain amount of time and can be paid with cash or a card. These funds could provide revenue for local councils to revive high streets and help the homeless.

We believe this could tackle the issue of dangerous hostels, provide a safe space for homeless people to sleep, and a safe space for people to relax throughout the day.
