This Petition concerns people born from British Citizens who had children in another country, DNA is the basis of legitimacy concerning geographic regions in the world. When parents; say Welsh descent travel or move abroad and have Children, DNA should prove they have the Right of Abode and Citizenship of the UK. British Scientist Watson and Crick discovered DNA, and the Government should make it a Law that DNA is a legitimate basis concerning Citizenship and RIght of Abode in the UK.
