Rejected petition we should ban detention after school especially in the winter

in winter it will be really dark and kids might get scared,they might be kidnapped /robbed.instead i think detentions should be happening in launch time or break time because in winter if kids are late parents get worried as well

i think we should ban detentions everywhere after school in winter because of how dangerous it is for example my friend tanisha was really scared to go home after detention.
