Open Ban private car parking companies

I want the government to ban private parking companies. They make thousands of pounds from parking fines. I believe many who are served fines are hard-working people either enjoying a weekend with family, or meeting friends to socialise in public places.

I want people to enjoy their time away from work without the pressure of receiving a car parking fine. A fine of £100 for example, is a lot of money. That is nearly a weekly food shop for my family of three.
