Rejected petition Force ticket sale websites to enable resale at face value

Please force ticket sale websites to enable unwanted tickets to be relisted for sale and legitimately sold at face value. The pay out should be immediately upon purchase, not after the event.

As popular ticketed events can be quite competitive, often multiple people from the same friend group will join the virtual queue to buy tickets. If everyone is successful you can end up with more tickets than you need. Please force ticket sale websites to enable these to be legitimately listed at face value with the pay out transferred upon purchase, not after the event. These websites are currently hoarding vast amounts of people's money for, in some cases, over a year.
