We want the Government to make it a criminal offense to park a vehicle across a drive or drop kerb.

I'm classed as disabled. I have had people parking across my drive. I always ask nicely for them to not park there or to park somewhere else. Most days I've been late getting to work because of this. I think that it should be a criminal offense now as the Council Parking Enforcers do not seem to be able to stop it and often do not even show up when we have reported it.
