Scrap business Rates for UK Hospitality sector full stop. This will encourage new and existing businesses to invest, whereas the current regime will see closures and job losses.

Hospitality businesses cannot keep getting targeted for tax. We believe the current rates are too high and the 2026 regime is appallingly heavy for businesses. Get rid of business rates all together.
