A mandatory 1 hour break for all employees, apprentices (government scheme), trainees, working over 35 hours per week (7 hours per day).

This is to provide sufficient time and rest for all workers regardless of age or skill level. to also stop the emerging bad practice from employers to only provide minimal rests for long working hours by unscrupulous employers.

Government should apply this to current laws regarding working practices.
