Banning vpns for under 16s will effect all people who use them in the UK not just under 16s if everyone has to verify there age before using them the concept of vpns falls apart the only thing that stays is the encryption not the anonymity this will effect activists, companies, and even the government it's self. and everyday people use it just for general security and privacy reasons.
