Petition Use a permanent implanted tracker for murderers released on licence

I would like to see a permanent implanted tracker in perpetrators of murder released on licence, and an app that those affected by their crimes can use to track their whereabouts at all times.

When perpetrators are released, those affected by their crimes may have constant fear of repercussions for the rest of their lives. I think if perpetrators on a life licence had a tracker permanently implanted it could help those affected to have a little bit of peace of mind to have the access to the whereabouts of the perpetrator.
