Rejected petition Say No to another HMO, within a tiny cul-de-sac

Yet again, another person making his money at the expensive of the local residents. We have been informed that there has been a planning application for a HMO, which will be to house 6 complete strangers.

Within Yew Tee Road, homes have been within families for generations. Everyone living there have built a strong family community. We have Mom's/dads, Sister/brothers,sons/daughters,grandkids and grandparents living within Yew Tree road and the surrounding area. This like many parts of Smethwick is now at risk of losing this bond. Please help us stop this HMO
