Allow those with a freedom pass to enter the transport system with their pass before 9:00am and not have to wait until 9:00am to get on the bus or tube with their pass

I want the government to do this because those with a freedom pass (mainly O.A.P’s) have hospital and or doctors appointments before 9:00am at times. Appointments sometimes cannot be changed and this doesn’t help with their independence when they then rely on someone else to have to take them because they can’t afford to pay for the bus.

If you want Govt funding for free bus passes nationwide for over 65s to apply at peak as well as at non-peak times you could submit a petition on that subject.
