Gambling advertising is widespread in the UK and is heavily embedded in sports, television, and social media.Problem gambling contributes to financial hardship, mental health issues, relationship breakdowns, and addiction. Despite existing regulations, gambling adverts continue to reach children and those trying to recover from gambling addiction.
We believe gambling should not be promoted in the same way as everyday entertainment.
