Petition Seek a joint UK-French force to counter illegal migration & fund joint training

We want the Government to fund military training with France and to seek the creation of a joint UK-France peacekeeping force to combat the illegal migration of migrants who are trying to leave France, a safe country, which may put themselves and English Channel shipping in danger.

The UK Government has announced £200 million to train our military for the possible deployment of a combined French/UK military peacekeeping force in Ukraine. By training on French beaches together, we could make it easier for our French allies to understand English orders and help both countries' military to learn how to deal with illegal migrants. It could also encourage combined camaraderie.
