Make it a requirement to prove a parent unfit by court order. Child/ parent needs/risk assements with tasks/improvements to adhere to in everyones best interests! prioritising a childs growth and emotional wellbeing. Legal enforce payment agreements discussed based on capability/affordability of both parents. Allow flexibility
