I was born with a cleft lip/palate I struggle a lot with my appearance like many others do! I suffer with confidence issues and low self esteem. There aren’t many services available on the NHS past early childhood, for example lip fillers, cosmetic dentistry to help cleft patients feel more confident and have a better quality of life.
