Open petition: Call referendum on introducing death penalty for certain offences
Created by John Lilley
Closes on
We call on the Government to conduct a referendum of whether to introduce the death penalty by hanging for offences of: treason, murder, rape and terrorism.
We believe that the technological advances and DNA testing facilities mean that judgements in relation to such crimes are likely to be accurate.
