Open Exclude land used for primary food production from being designated grey belt

Explicitly exclude any land used for primary food production (Grade 1, 2, and 3a agricultural land) within the greenbelt from the definition of grey belt in the National Planning Policy framework (NPPF).

We call on the Government to prioritise Food Security and recognize agricultural land as "Critical National Infrastructure.
