Many make mistakes simply because they do not understand legal or administrative systems, which can affect safety, housing and child arrangements. A dedicated case worker could reduce harm, improve outcomes, and ensure survivors are supported rather than disadvantaged. We believe protecting victims of domestic abuse from further harm is essential for a fair and safe society.
