Petition Review CMS to be calculated on both parents’ income, including investments
Currently the non resident pays the resident parent. More details
As the non resident pays the resident parent, this could result in the non resident parent contributing more than they feel they can afford. Both parents are responsible for the raising of a child, so both parents should be willing to contribute towards the costs.
