Others are delayed, over budget, inaccessible or fail to work properly. Information about costs and performance is scattered across multiple reports, which can make scrutiny difficult. If public money funds digital services, they must be useful, usable and safe. We believe clear annual reporting would strengthen accountability and reduce waste.
