Rejected petition End the 3pm tv blackout for Saturday football. So pubs only can show.

Allow broadcasters to give pubs and bars the right to show 3pm Saturday kick off games. Doing this will be a great way to try boost earnings and keep pubs afloat when hundreds if not thousands close to weekly.
