Why was this petition rejected?
It’s about something that the UK Government or Parliament is not directly responsible for.
Health policy is devolved in Scotland, so the matter you raise would be something that the Scottish Government is responsible for. The UK Government and Parliament can't look into it.
The Scottish Parliament has its own Petitions Committee. If you'd like to send your petition to the Scottish Parliament, you can find out more here: https://www.parliament.scot/chamber-and-committees/committees/current-and-previous-committees/session-6-citizen-participation-and-public-petitions-committee
However, please note that the next Scottish Parliament election is on 7 May. Dissolution of the current Parliament begins on 9 April, which will mean that petitions cannot be submitted or signed.

We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
