change the structure of the website for booking practicle driving tests, the website should be similar to that of the theory test website. select type of test, then test center, then be given a calendar of all available test dates and times for that center.
booking a practicledriving testis hard enough however when you have a completely ineffective website that makes you go back several pages to alter the date that comes up with no result, the website then boots you off. being intentional about the selection of the date in the first place is completley useless. using the suggested format of test center then a clear calendar with dates and times available would be much more affective and user friendly.
