Rejected petition: The right for women to carry pepper-spray for intended purposes of self defense.

Rejected on

I want the government to give women the right to safely and efficiently protect themselves whether it be from physical or sexual harm. There are too many women that fall victim to sexual assault and rape, their oppresors, un-convicted. We need to stop this, we need harsher laws on these attackers.

Because as a person with indistinguishable power, respect, wealth and support. As a leader, as a human, a person. Is it not within your juridsticion to keep your mothers, daughters, nieces and sisters safe? To keep your people safe, the people that go through day to day life in constant strife, with no hope for change, with no faith in you, people who are so far out of reach, to maybe just come down from your podiums and empthaise with the people and their causes? If so I hope you consider this.
