Halton Borough Council and Merseytravel to work together to include Halton residents aged 60 and over in the Merseytravel concessionary travel scheme.
Currently, people aged 60+ living in Halton are unable to access the same concessionary travel benefits that are available to older residents in neighbouring areas within the Liverpool City Region.
We urge Halton Borough Council and Merseytravel to work together to extend the scheme to Halton residents aged 60 and above.
