Closed Bring in Jaywalking Laws into the UK

So many accidents in the UK are caused by people running and walking across roads without due care and attention.
How many times have people seen elderly persons seemingly walk across a road without looking.
How many times have we seen children play "chicken"with cars,or simply just run across a busy road without looking.

How many times do we see people walking out on a dark winters night, wearing dark clothing.which cannot be seen by drivers at night.

This has to Stop,. pedestrians should have Culpability for their actions.
Stop blaming Drivers for every accident.
