Rejected petition At Prime Ministers Questions. The Prime Minister is there to answer them

I want the Prime Minister to answer the questions which are being asked on behalf of the people of this country and not to deflect and not answer. It's embarrassing to watch and very annoying.

Because it makes a mockery of the Parliamentary procedure and infuriating to voters when the speaker stands up and says there is nothing he can do. He can evict a member for misconduct but has no control over 30 minutes of questioning.
