Ensure that Sir Kier Starmer actually answers the questions posed to him during PMQs, not just trot out the rhetoric he and his SPADs have prepared beforehand.

Since July 2024 in each PMQs session, Sir Kier Starmer refuses to answer the questions put to him by the house. Instead choosing to read pre prepared statements which give him the platform to talk about his agenda / policies. It is beyond frustrating.
